2. Products and Perishability

The Flower Patch by Janet Bryan sells agricultural products, including fresh-cut flowers, bouquets, and arrangements. You understand that flowers are perishable with a variable vase life of 3-6+ days. We provide care instructions with each purchase. We are not responsible for poor vase life due to improper care after receipt.

3. Online Sales and Payment

  • Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

  • Payment: Payments are processed securely via [Payment Processor]. Full payment is required at the time of order.

  • Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute flower varieties or colors of equal or higher value.

4. Delivery and Pick-Up Policies

  • Pick-up: Products must be picked up at agreed upon location in Marshall, Missouri during designated times.

  • Delivery: Local delivery is available in Marshall, Missouri when arranged. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the driver will leave the flowers in a secure spot. We are not responsible for theft or damage to flowers left at the location.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If products are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a potential replacement.

6. On-Farm Event Liability Waiver (If applicable)

Missouri law provides limitations on liability for injuries occurring during registered agritourism activities if resulting from the inherent risks of the activity. By participating, you assume this risk. Additional rules, such as no pets or smoking and adhering to designated areas, may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photos and logos, belongs to The Flower Patch by Janet Bryan and requires written permission for use.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Flower Patch by Janet Bryan is not liable for damages, direct or indirect, resulting from site or product use.

9. Governing Law

Missouri law governs these terms, and disputes will be handled in Saline County, Missouri courts.
